What happens after I sign up?
Once you sign up, we begin with a short onboarding process, including an onboarding call, where we gather information about your brand, target audience, and company goals. This helps us understand how your business should be positioned on social media.
Next, we conduct market research, competitive analysis, and review industry trends while developing your content strategy. We then create your first batch of posts, including graphics, carousel posts, short form videos, and captions, which are delivered for your review within 5 business days.
Once approved, we schedule and publish the content throughout the month. From there, we continue creating new content each month while reviewing performance and refining the strategy to keep improving results.
Do I need to create or provide content?
Not necessarily. If you have existing brand photos, videos, or assets, you’re welcome to share them with us.
If you don’t, we source and create content using your website, brand materials, destination visuals, and content from the hotels, resorts, restaurants, and experiences you partner with or promote.
No on-site filming is required.
How do you know what to post for my business?
We start by developing a content strategy tailored to your brand.
This includes conducting market research, competitive analysis, and reviewing industry trends within your niche. During onboarding, we also gather information about your target audience, company goals, and brand style to better understand how your business should be positioned online.
Using this information, we create your monthly content schedule, including graphics, carousel posts, short form videos, and captions. All content is sent to you for approval before posting, and once approved we schedule and publish posts throughout the month.
At the end of each month, we review analytics and performance data to understand what’s working. These insights help us refine the strategy and improve the next batch of content, ensuring your social media presence remains consistent, strategic, and aligned with the quality of your brand.
Will I be able to see posts for approval before they are posted?
Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for review and approval before they are posted on a monthly basis.
What happens if your team delivers a content that I don't like?
We will make modifications and the necessary changes until you are 100% satisfied with the content before it goes live.

Certainly, you can cancel anytime, we understand that circumstances can change. As we work on a month-to-month basis, we do ask you to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before it renews as we usually start working on your posts for the following month 1-2 weeks in advance.
