What happens after I sign up?
After one onboarding call, our team manages your entire organic social media execution including strategy, content creation, editing, and posting.
Your first month of content is delivered within 5 business days of your onboarding call.
You simply approve the content before it goes live. We handle the rest.
Most clients require little to no revisions after the first month. Once we align on your brand, we execute with consistency and precision.
Do I need to create or provide content?
Not necessarily. If you have existing brand photos, videos, or assets, you’re welcome to share them with us.
If you don’t, we source and create content using your website, brand materials, destination visuals, and content from the hotels, resorts, restaurants, and experiences you partner with or promote.
No on-site filming is required.
How do you know what to post for my business?
We will research your niche so that we can put out high quality content that is very relevant for your audience. During the onboarding call, we will also gather important information about your business and target audience, including branding and any specific ideas you have for posts.
We also review your website and social media channels in depth to get a good understanding of your brand voice and your visual style, so that we can continue in a similar style if that’s what you want us to.
Will I be able to see posts for approval before they are posted?
Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for review and approval before they are posted on a monthly basis.
What happens if your team delivers a content that I don't like?
We will make modifications and the necessary changes until you are 100% satisfied with the content before it goes live.

Certainly, you can cancel anytime, we understand that circumstances can change. As we work on a month-to-month basis, we do ask you to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before it renews as we usually start working on your posts for the following month 1-2 weeks in advance.
