By signing up for our services, you agree to have read and understood our terms & conditions.
1. General Conditions
1.1 – Onboarding: Our service delivery begins as soon as you have sign up and complete the onboarding call. You’ll be redirected to schedule your onboarding meeting aftercheckout. The first batch of content will be ready for approval 5 business days after you complete the onboarding call, given you provide us with the necessary company details to complete the deliverables.
1.2 – Deliverables: DoneRemote strives to deliver the highest quality services in a timely manner. A successful partnership relies on timely, honest, and detailed feedback. Upon receiving the deliverables, timely feedback or approval is expected. We are open to making the necessary revisions until you are fully satisfied with our services.
1.3 – Support: We offer support and communication through email, chat, and video calls. Your dedicated account manager will be your first point of contact, and you can also contact us at support@doneremote.com
1.4 – Social Media Account Issues: Since we work with third-party social media platforms, we cannot control issues such as connection errors or disconnections. However, we will do our best to resolve errors within our control.
1.5 – Scheduling & Posting: Once posts are approved, they will be scheduled to be published at optimal times, reaching your audience when they’re most active. Once deliverables are sent, we expect you to provide timely feedback or approval. If you delay this, causing time-sensitive posts to become outdated, we can not replace those posts with new ones.
1.6 – Community Management and Replying to Comments: replying to comments, community management, and handling specific company enquiries is part of your customer service team. Our services rely exclusively on creating premium content and posting on your accounts throughout the month at the scheduled date and time. Due to the nature of the different company enquiries specific to each company, your customer service and/or in-house team will be the most appropriate to reply to comments and/or specific company enquiries. We suggest that you monitor your social accounts.
1.7 – Growth: It’s important to note that social media growth relies on various factors and isn’t guaranteed just by hiring our content creation services. Which is why we offer engagement as an add-on, being it the most organic and affordable form of social media growth, although it takes time and growth is steady (around 100-300 followers per month). If achieving faster growth is paramount, we suggest complementing our content creation services with strategies like paid advertising, influencer marketing, or other social media advertising and marketing methods.
1.8 – Renewal: All DoneRemote services are a recurring subscription, meaning you will be charged automatically every month.
1.9 – Cancellation: Cancellation requires at least 7 days notice before the next billing date as we usually start working on the content for the following month 1-2 weeks in advance. Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations, we work on a month-to-month basis. You can cancel the subscription anytime on your subscription dashboard, by contacting your account manager, or by sending an email to support@doneremote.com
1.10 – Refunds: We are open to making the necessary revisions until you are fully satisfied with our services. If for a very unique reason we are not able to accommodate your requests, you can cancel your subscription with us, and you’ll not be billed for the following month. Refunds can’t be made due to the non-returnable nature of our personalized digital services, manual labor involved, and the time we would have spend delivering your content. We operate on a month-to-month subscription basis and don’t require 3-6 month contract agreements like most agencies do. By signing up, you acknowledge our refund policy, which states that all services are non-refundable.
2. Fees and Payment
2.1 – Fees for services are payable in full, in advance. A valid credit card must be on file for monthly payments. You authorize DoneRemote to charge your credit card for the fees listed herein.
2.2 – Initial charges are paid in advance. Monthly management fees are due until the agreement is cancelled or modified. Unpaid charges result in service suspension until full payment is received.
3. DoneRemote Operating Procedures
3.1 – DoneRemote provides services according to our standard policies and procedures. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3.2 – DoneRemote rules, policies, and operating procedures may change at our discretion. This includes pricing and package inclusions. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3.3 – Our services persist regardless of client response or content approval. After the initial month, most clients entrust us with their socials, granting permission for posting without explicit approval. While we send weekly emails to update clients on scheduled posts, responses are not expected for each email.
4. Social Media Account Issues
4.1. – Client indemnifies DoneRemote and its affiliates from losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from any issues with social media account suspensions, copyright issues, loss of access, deletion, or other third-party platform issues.
4.2 – Client indemnifies DoneRemote and its affiliates from any issues with content posted to their social media accounts that result in copyright infringement claims. The client assumes responsibility for the content posted.
5. Indemnity
5.1 – Client indemnifies DoneRemote and its affiliates from losses, costs, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from any breach of this Agreement or claims regarding the use of any intellectual property. Client assumes liability for any assets provided and used in posts.
5.2 – You give us permission to showcase the content we have created for your company as examples on our website and socials. Notify us in writing if you prefer we not use the content we create for your brand in our advertising efforts.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 – DoneRemote is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous one (1) month of services.
7. Confidentiality Agreement (NDA)
7.1 – By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that in the course of our service provision, you may share confidential information with us, including business operations, client details, and proprietary data. We commit to using this information solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you and not for any other purpose.
7.2 – We will take reasonable steps to ensure this information is kept secure and only shared with employees or subcontractors who need to know this information to provide our services and who are bound by similar confidentiality obligations.
7.3 – Any information shared must not be publicly known, and we will not use or disclose it except as needed for service delivery or as required by law. This confidentiality commitment lasts for the duration of our service provision and extends for two years after its conclusion. Breaches of this confidentiality may result in legal action to prevent further disclosure and to recover damages.

8. Governing Law
8.1 – These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia.
9. Changes to Terms of Service
9.1 – You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page.
9.2 – We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
