What happens after I sign up?

After signing up and selecting your desired plan, you will receive a welcome email containing a link to schedule an onboarding call with your account manager.

During the onboarding call, we’ll discuss your company details and style preferences to ensure our work aligns perfectly with your brand. You can expect to receive the first batch of content for review and approval within 5 business days.

If your industry is not listed above, we encourage you to  schedule a demo to speak with one of our account managers. They can assess whether your business aligns with our services and discuss potential opportunities for collaboration.

We will research your industry so that we can put out high quality content that is very relevant for your audience. During the onboarding call, we will also gather important information about your business and target audience, including branding and any specific ideas you have for posts.

We also review your website and social media channels in depth to get a good understanding of your brand voice and your visual style, so that we can continue in a similar style if that’s what you want us to.

Yes. Social media posts will be sent to you for review and approval before they are posted on a monthly basis.

Instagram is the social media platform included. You can request additional platforms for $150/month each:

• Twitter
• Pinterest
• TikTok

It is recommended to  provide  proprietary images and video files about your business if you have any. If you do not have media files of your business, our social media team will curate videos and create graphics with premium stock imagery; always aligning the content with your brand identity.

We will make modifications and the necessary changes until you are 100% satisfied with the content before it goes live.

Certainly, you can cancel anytime, we understand that circumstances can change. As we work on a month-to-month basis, we do ask you to cancel your subscription at least 7 days before it renews as we usually start working on your posts for the following month 1-2 weeks in advance.
